The main elements of successful integrated technology transfer programs include: partnerships between key stakeholders, implementation of technology transfer needs assessments, design and implementation of technology transfer plans, evaluation and refinement of plans, and dissemination of technology information. This document presents a step-by-step country-driven methodology for conducting climate change technology needs assessments and implementation activities.
