The report describes challenges that Andean (Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia) countries overcome by the impact of climate change on their freshwater resources. Their goal consists on developing a series of adaptation measures that will help public and private sectors which are involved in water use and management have a first approach on how to operationalize the adaptation to climate change in their water system activities and improve their adaptive capacity.
