This manual intends to provide an overview of energy efficiency measures and evaluate their energy systems within of their production processes. It provides evaluations of some examples of energy efficiency opportunities and estimates the economic benefits to be achieved. It presents the key thermal and electrical systems in industrial production, where the general concepts described and identifies energy efficiency opportunities that can be applied in the Small and Medium Enterprises.
