Due to the impacts of climate change, Asia Pacific region"s remaining poor are growing more vulnerable to natural disasters, sea level rise, and droughts. The report documents Asian Development Bank"s response to these challenges and its strategy of supporting the development of sustainable infrastructure in the region. Through its public and private sector operations departments and Sustainable Infrastructure Division, ADB is developing loans, investments, technical assistance projects, and regional programs that promote cutting-edge, cost-effective, and clean technologies.
