In this interview, Lord Mogg explains three regulatory bodies and what they do: ACER (Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators), ICER (International Confederation of Energy Regulators) and CEER (Council of European Energy Regulators). Lord Mogg is President of CEER, as well as Chair of ICER and Chair of ACER Board of Regulators. The interview was held during the 23rd meeting of the European Electricity Regulatory Forum held in Florence, Italy, 20-21 November 2012.
