This report explores energy laws that broadly shift private incentives towards efficient use of renewable energy using of "game-changing" technology such as vehicle-to-grid (V2G) motor vehicles. V2G vehicles integrate separate energy conversion systems: the electricity grid and light vehicle transportation fleet by storing electricity from the grid when it is not needed and returning it to the grid when it is needed.
