This is a training manual developed to assist capacity builders in developing training and educational programmes on the use of IWRM tools and instruments for adaptation to climate change impacts. The material is intended to increase our understading of climate change impacts and what we can do now. Improving the way we manage water resources now will help us adapt in the future.
