Innovations in Multi-Level Governance for Energy Efficiency

This report describes innovative financial instruments, energy efficiency strategies and action plans in 28 International Energy Agency (IEA) member countries. It analyses policies used to promote: energy efficiency in buildings; adoption of standby power; phase-out of inefficient lighting; proper tire-inflation; and energy efficiency in utilities.
