Incorporation of Demand-Side Management (DSM) Measures into Network Planning: Research Report No. 3

This multinational research project report investigates demand-side management (DSM) measures that may provide viable alternatives to augmentation of electricity networks and also provide network operational services. The objectives of this subtask are: 1) to describe the interaction between network-driven DSM and the power market structures and regulatory regimes of the participating countries; 2) to identify and describe the network planning process for each country; and 3) to develop methods for modifying planning processes for DSM inclusion.
