This document was prepared by International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA), highlights a few of the many innovations that are currently available and in practice like new biotechnological tools for food security, water-saving technologies particularly in dry areas. It suggests integrated adaptive approaches for climatic changes. It also emphasizes on tools to aid policy developments for economic benefits. Hence this document provides insights which are useful for improving livelihoods.
