This report is the 16th Annual Report of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Implementing Agreement on Demand-Side Management Technologies and Programs and summarizes the accomplishments of several Task Groups during 2009, notably Competitive Energy Services; Integration of Demand-Side Management Energy Efficiency, Distributed Generation and Renewable Energy Sources; Demand-Side Management - Micro Demand Response & Energy Saving; and Standardisation of Energy Savings Calculations.
