Pakistan"s 2013 National Climate Change Plan (NCCP) identifies adaptation as focus. A situation analysis performed in development of the plan examines how international climate policy outcomes impact Pakistan"s options; summarizes case studies of efforts in other parts of the world to develop climate change adaptation plans and measures; and identifies options for adaptation actions in Pakistan that could help the government achieve its adaptation priorities and desired outcomes, including the preparation of a National Adaptation Plan.
