Guidebook for the Development of a Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action on Efficient Lighting

This guidebook is intended to help countries to develop nationally appropriate mitigation action (NAMA) for energy efficient lighting programs. It should be able to help any country in any stage of developing or implementing a national strategy for energy efficient lighting by guiding the user through any number of appropriate steps and offering advice and services as part of the user experience.
