The purpose of this Green Paper is to act as a first step in the process of creating a comprehensive climate change strategy for Anguilla. As part of the outputs of this Green Paper, it examines various elements of Anguilla's social, institutional, infrastructural, environmental, economic, etc characteristics from a holistic perspective. In essence, this was done as a means of assessing the territory’s resources so as to strategically plan for addressing issues in relation to climate change and Anguilla’s response to it.
