The objective of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Project (SSTECP) for China is to assist Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Administrative Committee (SSTECAC) to develop SSTEC as an energy and resource efficient and low Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission city. The change is to replace the Project Implementing Agency (PIA) under part C.1, the Tianjin Eco-city Construction and Investment Company (TECI), by the Center for Real Estate Registration and Transaction of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city (CRERT).
