This Trainer"s Manual aims to support trainers in conducting effective training programmes on climate change adaptation for Indian SMEs. The manual presents the aims, methodology and content of the training programme on climate change adaptation awareness raising and strategy development. It also gives guidance for trainers on how to implement the training programme with groups of SMEs.
