Communities in the company of institutions both governmental and non-governmental organizations have begun to implement adaptation measures. These and other adaptation measures were documented by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources across National Program of Climate Change under the project "Capacity Building for Phase II of Adaptation to Climate Change in Central America, Mexico and Cuba".
