This report—an annual statistical portrait of technologies, fuel consumption, and greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions in Europe's passenger car, light-commercial and heavy-duty fleets—describes the increase in new passenger car registrations and their average carbon dioxide emissions as well as hybrid-electric vehicles as a way to explain growing new car sales of Euro 6 vehicles.
