The objectives and structure of this photovoltaic technologies (PV) report can be summarized as follows: 1) information, including compilation of a detailed inventory of key information on national markets and political frameworks; 2) analysis, including an unbiased assessment and comparison of national frameworks with regard to effectiveness and efficiency; and 3) dissemination, including a user-friendly presentation of best practices.
