This report presents key recommendations for improving electric sector governance. Recommendations include: improving transparency and debate about electricity policy; establishing robust planning processes; establishing mainstream environmental and social considerations; operationalizing transparency of regulation; supporting citizen engagement; and investing in the improvement of public engagement in electricity governance.
