This presentation discusses the state of demand reduction (DR) policies in Finland and shows their impact on peak loads and heating demand. It identifies problems and barriers encountered during the DR policy rollout and discusses implementation of industrial-level DR. The presentation also describes the total potential for DR in Finland.
