Introduces the principles, functions and benefits of a web-based tool enabling small and medium-sized farms to estimate biogas and electricity production, carbon emission reduction and financial viability resulting from installation of a biodigester and electricity generation facility in the farm. Further, it discussed the available financing options for such measures and introduces the results from field trials of the tool.
