The annual report for the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) focuses on climate-smart agriculture, as well as documenting CCAFS’ work in 2014.
The report covers CCAFS’ impact through policies and partnerships, its work to enhance capacity to deliver impact, breakthroughs in science and innovation, communications for development and addressing gender and social inequality.
The report argues that in 2014, the focus on climate-smart agriculture sharpened, and CCAFS helped enhance the concept through close collaboration with farmers, civil society, governments and researchers.
CCAFS is a strategic partnership of CGIAR and Future Earth, led by the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT).
