This website presents the work of the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) to develop climate policy solutions, including policy analysis undertaken to identify feasible greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction strategies consistent with broader development aspirations. IISD supports this work by designing tools for low-carbon analysis, developing national GHG inventories and undertaking coupled economic and emissions modelling. IISD also enhances capacity in developing countries and Canada to manage the risks associated with climate change impacts through its adaptation and risk program.
