Building Essential Infrastructure for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS)

This report provides advice on the construction of pipelines to transport carbon dioxide (CO2) from industrial plants or power stations where it has been captured to reservoirs or sites where it is to be sequestered. The issue of regulating third party access to CO2 pipelines and sequestration sites is also evaluated.
