This brief assesses the new capabilities that integrated dynamic mapping brings while analyzing climate change and security issues, with a particular focus on potential uses by policy planners and citizens. The paper outlines a series of new mapping tools from the CCAPS program which intend to enable users to visualize data on climate change vulnerability, realtime conflict tracking, and international aid interventions.
