This report aims to encourage states, and their people, to improve buildings in view of energy, freshwater, and waste management, and presents a number of ways for how this can be achieved. Approaches include awareness, education, and the development and application of good science & technology-based concepts. Several projects -- both those completed and those planned -- across the region are overviewed.
