This brief introduces a series of technical briefs that was developed to share lessons learned from the first three USAID|TRAction project-funded household air pollution research projects from PATH, Impact Carbon and Duke University. From 2011 to2014, these research projects were implemented to identify behavior change strategies to increase the acquisition and correct use of clean cookstoves and fuels.
