Section I provides a description of the meteorological conditions associated with the two events and communities and population affected. Sections II-V analyse the social sectors – health, education and housing; the productive sectors - agriculture, mining, tourism and manufacturing; infrastructure – water supply/sanitation, transport/road/bridges, telecommunications, and airports; and the environmental impact respectively.
