Africa’s Climate Opportunity: Adapting and Thriving

According to the authors, adapting to climate change while minimizing emissions can help drive the economic transformation that Africa needs, boosting growth and creating jobs. But, to take advantage of this opportunity, Africa needs investment. The authors spell out how the Africa Development Bank it is investing its own resources and mobilizing new sources of finance.
