This report, which focuses on the Southern African Power Pool (SAPP), is intended to assess the power pool’s readiness to embrace the objectives of the Africa Clean Energy Corridor and to highlight critical transmission and interconnection gaps. It also proposes high-impact actions for the formation of the corridor, including raising the profile of projects that are ready for investment and identifying stakeholders able to assist in building capacity for the financing and development of such projects.
