This report was prepared for the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) as it regards the achievements of the Adapting to Climate Change in the Caribbean (ACCC) project, accompanied by a summary record. As is suggested by its title, the ACCC projects had among its goals the further institutionalisation of climate change adaptation in the region as well as cross regional cooperation with other vulnerable regions such as the islands of the South Pacific. To this end the project was quite successful.
