Action Plan: Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle and Station Deployment Plan: A Strategy for Meeting the Challenge Ahead

This plan describes the California Fuel Cell Partnership’s strategy for coordinated deployment of hydrogen and fuel cell vehicles and stations, including development of early “hydrogen communities;” expansion of existing hydrogen transit programs; cost reductions; and development of codes, standards and regulations.
