The Super Self-cleaning Coating is developed and produced by Neatrition Technology Inc. Beijing. It contains two parts which are the undercoat and finishing coat. The undercoat is composed of petroleum resin solvent and rubber which can enhance the adaption to different base materials and improve the wear-resisting and shock resistance of the coating. The finishing coating is composed of organic and inorganic composite nanoparticles which have been modified by special method. The finishing coating is super-hydrophobic and olephobic. Base on nanotechnologies the Super Self-cleaning Coating can form a layer of air on the material surface which totally prevents the immersion of water and oil. Normal liquids such as water cannot stay stable on the surface but roll off spontaneously. With this property the surface can always keep clean. It is low cost and long term effective which can be used in various industry or civil areas such as construction fabric outdoor facilities and so on.
