As part of the mission, it has been entrusted by the French Environment Ministry to develop the national inventories of air pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions, in accordance with the commitments of France, in the framework of the European Union (EU) and the United Nations (under the UNFCCC and UN/ECE-LRTAP Conventions).
