Cowater International Inc. is a management consulting company with over 31 years of experience implementing government modernization and capacity building projects around the world. Clients include governments, utilities, bilateral and multilateral institutions such as the World Bank, Caribbean Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, DFAT Australia, the Department for International Development (DFID), and Global Affairs Canada (GAC). Cowater possesses a broad multidisciplinary capacity with a staff that includes engineers, environmental scientists, climate change specialists financial and utility experts, IT specialists and social scientists. Since 1985, Cowater has completed more than 400 projects worldwide, in more than 70 countries.
