Cowater International Inc. is a management consulting company with over 31 years of experience implementing government modernization and capacity building projects around the world. Clients include governments, utilities, bilateral and multilateral institutions such as the World Bank, Caribbean Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, DFAT Australia, the Department for International Development (DFID), and Global Affairs Canada (GAC). Cowater possesses a broad multidisciplinary capacity with a staff that includes engineers, environmental scientists, climate change specialists financial and utility experts, IT specialists and social scientists. Since 1985, Cowater has completed more than 400 projects worldwide, in more than 70 countries. Cowater offers services at the policy, program and project levels, developing and managing major projects as well as undertaking studies, sector reviews, evaluations, training and change management activities. Cowater emphasizes human, community and institutional capacity building using a structured approach to change, which links our technical expertise to the needs of our clients. Cowater strongly believes in participatory approaches to reform, which encourages stakeholder buy-in to better ensure the sustainability of our interventions.
