Asociación Adapt Chile

Adapt-Chile is a not for-profit organization that has worked since January of 2013 to identify, develop and promote local responses to climate change. Adapt-Chile's work begins at the local, municipal level and extends to regional and national government, academia, the private sector, other social organizations, and internationally through cooperation with other municipalities, cities, city networks and multilateral cooperative development agencies. Adapt-Chile runs the Chilean Network of Municipalities for Climate Action, a network of 30 municipalities that receive permanent training provided by Adapt-Chile. Adapt-Chile runs science-policy dialogues that connect universities with municipalities to ensure that applied research reaches municipal beneficiaries. Adapt-Chile does research and policy advice to local and national government.
