    As part of its technology transfer in Cote D’Ivoire, the CTCN helped to design and set-up an environmental information system with a focus on climate change.     Many developing nations want guarantees that rich countries will provide more technology, along with far more finance, to help unlock a U.N. deal to slow global warming at a Nov. 30-Dec. 11 summit in Paris.
