KIOST is a research and academic organization in the field of science technology specializing in maritime affairs that studies on new scientific knowledge regarding the ocean. KIOST utilizes its workforce and infrastructure to promote national level official development assistance projects including a project to enhance the capacity to observe climate change in Peru. KIOST plays an important part in domestic and international cooperative networks.

Perspectives Climate Group develops policy instruments for GHG mitigation for NAMAs and NDCs as well as support services for GHG mitigation projects under market mechanisms, with activities in over 40 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. Perspectives supports design of mitigation documentation for efficiency in power plants, industrial boilers, and buildings, as well as municipal waste management, waste-water, renewable energy and demand-side energy efficiency. Perspectives is specialized in methodologies for baselines under market mechanisms and supporting access to climate finance.

To encourage investment in climate adaptation projects, The Higher Ground Foundation created the Vulnerability Reduction Credit, or VRCTM an economic measure of the effects of projects in reducing climate change vulnerability. VRCs can be used for M&E, prioritizing investments, and when priced may leverage finance. The Higher Ground Foundation advises policymakers, funders, and vulnerable communities on how to use VRCs to deploy adaptation technologies, design viable adaptation planning systems with VRCs, and co-develop pilot projects that validate VRCs as an investment instrument.

The Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA) is a global IP public institution that promotes creativity and enhances the value of invention. KIPA helps its clients develop innovative clean energy solutions through support in technology transfer, commercialization of patented technology, and IP education. It regularly combats climate change by hosting global expert-led dialogues and managing technology transfer projects in partnership with local cooperatives.       

The Bridge International (TBI) is a platform supporting SMEs in developing countries through impact financing, identification of business models and various consultation services. TBI has consulting and research capabilities within renewable energy sector. TBI works with 132 local universities, governments and SME networks from 20 different countries.
