This report on emerging climate technology analyses a group of preselected key emerging primary energy supply, transformation, and storage technologies. It elaborates on elements that may affect their successful deployment, commercialization, and long-term sustainability.
The overall objective of this publication is to provide policymakers and other relevant stakeholders with a set of information that may help their decision making when defining national and/or regional strategies for accelerating the scale-up and diffusion of these technologies.
