The Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN), in the context of the Incubator Programme, held a training for implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) in Timor-Leste. The aim of the national consultations is to help identify priority sectors for adaptation and mitigation, engage key national stakeholders, develop technical assistance requests to the CTCN in the form of a Green Climate Fund Readiness proposal.
The Incubator Programme is designed to help Least Developed Countries (LDCs) best benefit from the CTCN technical assistance requests by providing tailored support in identifying technology priorities and developing technical assistance requests within the context of existing national strategies in order to catalyse actions on climate technologies.
