Skat Consulting Ltd. is a Limited Company registered in St. Gallen. We are organised in a lean structure with a management team of three persons, supervised by the board of directors. Our expert staff is organised in flexible project teams. For our larger implementation projects, we run project offices with local staff in several countries, each led by a resident team leader.
