The Vehicle Electrification Policy Study seeks to evaluate policies that can achieve motor vehicle emissions reductions beyond those attainable with traditional tailpipe pollution standards. This report presents complementary policies, or nonregulatory policies that are intended to support the successful deployment of electric vehicles.
