This document presents findings of the work of the United Nations Expert Group on Technology Transfer on its elaboration of a strategy paper for the long-term perspective beyond 2012, including sectoral approaches, to facilitate the development, deployment, diffusion, and transfer of technologies under the Convention. It presents an integrated strategy with a long-term vision, strategic objectives, and concrete options as well as the possible implementation approaches from both functional and administrative perspectives.
