The purpose of this situational analysis is to assist the deliberations and evaluation to be undertaken by the Forum convened by the Government of Dominica. Prepared with the assistance of local experts, this analysis draws from the management plans of the two National Parks and recent studies. The purpose of the situational analysis is to compile and synthesise the most pertinent information on the National Parks, adjoining communities, and climate change, thereby providing a sound foundation from which to propose the highest priority adaptation measures.
