Second Progress Report on the Promotion and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources

Article 22 of Directive 2009/28/EC on Renewable requires Member States to submit report every two years to the European Commission (EC) on progress in the promotion and use of energy from renewable. This, the second edition of the report, describes the overall renewable energy policy developments in each Member State and its compliance with the measures set out in the directive and the National Renewable Energy Action Plans of each Member State. Member States' progress reports are posted in their original language as they are received. (The full title of the reoport is, "Directive 2009/28/EC of 23 April 2009 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources and amending and subsequently repealing Directives 2001/77/EC and 2003/30/EC".)
