Report on Experiences on the Regulatory Approaches to the Implementation of Smart Meters

This report presents case studies that explain the regulatory challenges of implementing smart meters. The case studies were developed from the experiences of International Confederation of Energy Regulators members. This report is intended to provide information that will assist regulators, policymakers and commercial organizations that face the challenge of smart meter implementation.
