Renewable Energy Financial Instruments Guidance Tool (REFINe) aims to assist policy in identifying appropriate financial instruments to scale-up renewable energy technologies in developing countries. The tool is accompanied by case studies and knowledge documents that illustrate the experience across development banks in financing renewable energy projects.
