Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from United States (U.S.) Transportation

This report examines the prospects for substantially reducing the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the U.S. transportation sector. It shows that through a combination of policies and improved technologies, these trends can be changed. This report develops three scenarios of improved transportation efficiency and reduced GHG emissions through 2050.
