Modernizing Public Transportation: Lessons Learned From Major Bus Improvements in Latin America and Asia

This study summarizes key findings and lessons learned from a review of major bus improvements in 13 Latin American and Asian cities. It reviews and synthesizes information regarding challenges experienced by transport system decision makers in three key areas: planning, implementation and operations.
